Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Cielo Alto. By confirming your booking and staying on our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
1. Hotel Rules & Reminders
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 12:00 PM
- Child Policy: Children 5 years old and below are free of charge when using an existing bed. Maximum of 1 free child per room. Additional children will be considered adults and charged PHP 650 per night.
- Pets: Strictly no pets allowed for check-in guests.
- Parking: Free parking is available for all guests.
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet time starting 10:00 PM. Loud noise and speakers are not permitted.
- Water Interruption: Scheduled from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
- Senior/PWD Guests: We recommend booking Family Cabins or Holiday Rooms for convenience.
- 24-Hour Front Desk: Check-in anytime from 2:00 PM onward; check-out by 12:00 NN the next day.
- Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking inside rooms and verandas. Penalties apply. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
2. Food Policy
- No Cooking: Cooking and bringing cooking appliances (portable stoves, rice cookers, electric grills, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Confiscated items will be returned upon check-out.
- Bringing Food: Guests may bring their own food but it must be consumed inside the rooms only.
- Reheating: Food reheating requests at Cielo Alto Restaurant are not allowed.
- Utensils: Guests must bring their own utensils.
3. Hotel Policy & Booking Conditions
These conditions apply upon payment and confirmation of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Rebooking Policy:
- Rebooking is free of charge if requested at least 7 days before arrival.
- Requests made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% rebooking fee.
- Only one (1) free rebooking is allowed. Succeeding rebookings will be charged 100% of the room rate.
- Rate differences may apply for any booking modification (rebooking, room changes, upgrades).
- For room downgrades, no refund will be issued.
- No Show: Full payment will be forfeited.
- Transferability: Bookings are transferable.
4. Additional Booking Conditions
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests must comply with all hotel rules and policies throughout their stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property. Charges will apply for repairs or replacements.
- Management is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.
